Common questions
Clear answers about our products, natural latex behavior, care, and how to order.
When Gudgumz publishes a measurement, the unit, product variant, and source should be stated. Unconfirmed measurements should not be used for procurement or public claims.
Natural latex can develop spots through surface bloom, oxidation, residue, moisture, storage conditions, or microbial growth. Appearance alone may not identify the cause, so inspect the complete material condition.
Empty and rinse GrowPouch after use, allow it to dry fully in shade, and store it away from direct sun, heat, oils, solvents, and prolonged surface moisture.
Natural latex is a milky material obtained from latex-producing plants, principally Hevea brasiliensis for commercial natural rubber. Gudgumz uses natural latex in utility products made in Kottayam. Finished behavior depends on formulation, processing, use, and storage.
For a bulk, institutional, retail, or distribution inquiry, use the inquiry form or WhatsApp. Include the product, intended use, quantity, destination, and timeline so current fit, pricing, and availability can be confirmed.
Material spotting means visible light, dark, or uneven marks on a latex surface. Possible influences include oxidation, bloom, residue, moisture, storage, or microbial growth. Inspect odor, tackiness, tears, thinning, irritation, and elasticity before deciding whether to continue use.
